Holland Gold Coast Revival

The original home was constructed in 1978 by Dr. Torres and had two owners prior to the current homeowners. The property was originally part of the historic Getz Farm. They both grew up spending summers in Holland, establishing a deep, lifelong connection to the area. The homeowners purchased the home in 2000 and enjoyed it for many years with their children, grandchildren, friends, and extended family, including hosting their son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. While the decision to start over was undoubtedly challenging, with the encouragement and support of the project team, the necessary changes were made.
